Avelhealth gathers available reports, diagnoses, prescriptions, allergies, supplements and medicines you may be taking. Our physician reviews your history and identifies gaps.

Our physician brings together your priorities, specialist advice and practical constraints. When recommendations need clarification, our physician explains what matters and why.

When a consultation, prescription, report or illness changes something, we add it to your history. Your assigned physician reviews it according to clinical need and updates your plan, if needed.
