Your physician
Reviews history and results; explains clinical decisions, medicines, side effects and worrying readings; agrees and updates the medical plan; decides when another consultation or referral is needed.
Physician-led primary care
We start by understanding your health concerns and the support you want. Your physician leads the medical plan; together we discuss a practical rhythm for coaching and reviews.
Care that begins with listening, not sales.
A calm first conversation can help you understand what support may fit best
No two people arrive with the same history, needs, or concerns. Our work is designed to meet you where you are and coach you to move forward with clarity, stability, and self-trust
“What does this result mean, and what do I do now?”
“Please see my whole situation, not one number.”
“I am getting different advice. Who makes the call?”
“I need a plan I can actually live with.”
“Help me when the plan stops working.”
“Tell me who handles medicines, side effects or worrying readings.”
“Show me where I am making progress and what numbers are changing.”
“Don’t make caring for myself another full-time job.”
“Let my family help in the way I choose.”
“Help me continue after intensive support ends.”

Common questions
It is a place to begin with a health concern and return as it changes. Today, your physician looks at metabolic health alongside your history, agrees next steps and reviews the care plan. If you need another kind of care, we help you understand that step.
Contact Avelhealth through your WhatsApp group during 9am–9pm IST. Practical questions can go to your coach; medical concerns go to the physician, who may arrange consultations. The care team will respond within 0–6 hours based on the nature of the questions. Messages are not an emergency service.
We agree on an initial period and review points before you enrol. At each review, we discuss whether you need the same amount of support. Once the physician review states you no longer require active support, we will work with you to create a plan for maintenance including what to keep in mind, what to review, and when to talk to us.
We explain the exact sessions, period, price and any additional consultation charges before you decide to enrol.
We organise the information you share and the care plan so you can use them during and after consultations. The information is initially available as a PDF. You can request it anytime during or beyond active care. Allow the team 12–24 hours from the time of your request to share it with you.
