How care works

From your first message to your next steps.

Begin with a conversation. Meet your family doctor. Choose the care that fits.

  1. Say hello

Tell us what you need help with. You’ll get guidance on preparing for your consultation.

Your first message does not enrol you in a programme.

    WhatsApp Us
  2. Share your health history

Share your symptoms, medicines and any reports you have. No blood report from the last two months? You can get the basic tests through us or a lab of your choice, then share your results.

You can still meet your doctor before your reports are ready.

    Diagnostics cost extra.

  3. Meet your doctor and health coach

You have 30–60 minutes with your doctor at your first visit. Your doctor reviews the information you’ve shared in advance, giving you time to discuss your health history, symptoms and everyday habits. Together, you explore what may be contributing to your concerns and agree on your next steps.

If you choose lifestyle support, you meet your health coach too.

  4. Choose your next care step

You receive suitable options from your doctor. You choose whether to continue with medical care alone, add lifestyle support, or take your summary to another doctor.

    • Physician consultations
    • Lifestyle programmes
    • Specialist referral when needed

  5. Care that evolves as you do

Your care plan is updated at every visit. As patterns emerge across your reports, symptoms and everyday habits, you receive updated advice, treatment changes or further tests when needed. We track your progress against where you started.

Between consultations, you stay connected with your care team via WhatsApp.

Frequently asked questions.

Straight answers to help you understand how care works.

Do I need to buy a programme?

No. You can choose physician visits alone or add lifestyle support through a suitable programme. You decide what comes next.

What if I cannot complete testing?

You can still meet your doctor before your reports are ready. Tell your care team if you’re having trouble completing tests so you can discuss what to do next. Diagnostics cost extra.

Can online care replace an examination?

No. Your doctor can guide you on when you need an in-person examination or referral. For medical emergencies, go to your nearest hospital.
